About COurse

Aim

The learning outcomes of the Digital Delivery of BOSIET with EBS are the sames as those for the BOSIET with EBS; introduce delegates to the specific safety issues and regimes relevant to offshore installations, and to equip them with the basic emergency response knowledge and skills for travelling to and from offshore installations by helicopter.

Target audience

This course is designed to meet the initial offshore safety and emergency response training requirements for personnel new to the offshore oil and gas industry.

Mode

The delegate will login and complete the modules of the E-learning course, ideally no later than seven days prior to attending onsite course for 1 day (8 hours aprox.).

Methodology

The delegate will receive the access to online teaching material by e-mail. The E-learning is in English.

Delegates pre-requisites

The delegate must complete the E-learning before attending to our Training Centre in order to complete the practical exercises. At the centre we will check if the delegate has completed the online learning successfuly.

Physical and stressful demands

Training activities contained within the OPITO standards may include physically demanding and potentially stressful elements. All personnel who participate must be physically and mentally capable of participating fully. The Centre shall keep a record of the delegate’s/candidate’s declaration of fitness in accordance with their document control policy or procedures.
